NEW! Thanksgiving Break 3-Day Speed and Agility Camp

November 24 @ Iron Flag Fitness, Nov 25th & 27th @ The Bo Jackson Dome (Bensenville)

Session 1 : Ages 9-13 years old Day 1 4:30-5:30pm Day 2/3 9am-10am This session will focus on developing proper running technique in our younger athletes. Coaches will teach the athlete drills that are easily performed on their own.  Coaches will focus on foot speed and agility ensuring your athlete will leave our clinic equipped with great technique, faster foot skills and drills that they can utilize in their sport. 

Session II: Ages High School – Pro Level Day 1 3-4:15pm Day 2/3 1015am-11:30am Our Elite level athletes will focus on correcting errors that are holding them back in both speed and agility.  We will correct, drill and challenge these athletes to move well and efficiently

Elite Athlete Training

Our elite athlete training programs combine training, nutrition, and physical therapy to ensure optimal performance for the preseason, in-season, and offseason of any sport.

Our Coaches

Jared McGriff-Culver, Owner and Head Coach

A local 3 sport athlete that graduated from Downers Grove South. Jared was able to receive offers to play baseball at the next level of which he did for one season before heading to Mizzou to play Football. A 4 yr letterman at Div. 1, Jared was able to create his own destiny being a Walk-on to the team. From there he had a short stint in the NFL and played in the AFL.

While Jared loved playing the sport of football, his eyes have always been on the end goal of running his own facility to help give back to future athletes someday. Jared has over 11 years of Performance Coaching, working with Top University’s and the Olympic Team.
